360 Typo fix

This release fixes a typo, it may have broken injected 360 videos.

Fixes an error generated when using the GUI to load files with pre-existing metadata when using Python 3.x.

Should now support deadlocked ambisonics which should bring it fully inline with Google's metadata tool

This is a release for those who think that the code is at the same level as the 2.0 release I inherited by forking.
Its not its got all the significant code change from the google none VR180 version.
