System information

  • Steam client version: 1733265492
  • SteamOS version: 3.6.20 (and 3.6.21)
  • Opted into Steam client beta?: tried both
  • Opted into SteamOS beta?: tried both
  • Have you checked for updates in Settings > System?: Yes

Icons for non steam games are not showing in game mode. In desktop mode they appear after selecting game, but disappear after every restart.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Add non steam game.
  2. Set icon.

Problem in desktop mode:

Files exist in grid folder:
