Form title correction

Collision form title was incorrect in guided query interface for collisions with reaction.

bug correction and display improvement

When there is only one node responding, manually call function filling selected nodes list on result page.
Error message position has been modified to improve readability

Warn user that a cookie will be installed when disclaimer is accepted.
Cookie validity duration is limited at 1 year

• when registering a new user, password / verification password mismatch was not checked.
