update result page and languages

• A few changes to the result page:

  • Moved the risk table above the answers
  • Removed "Löysitkö etsimäsi" thing from the bottom of the page
  • Removed the welcome text

• Removed Swedish from the language menu

API and risk updates

• Created an API endpoint that fetches data from European commission API containing information about different organisations.
• Added multiplier for safety level risk that multiplies the risk if the risk level is 2 or 3 and if the form of collaboration is student mobility or staff mobility.

Update risks

• Added a multiplier to the sanctions risk
• Added GDPR risk
