It seems Moodle only implements conditional questions for Multiple choice ( - single answers) questions.
There is no way to specify multiple ansers in the attribute "Dependence value" when creating a feedback resource in a moodle course.
A possible work-around would be to write the expected answers separated with pipelines, for example:
Dependence item: multi-question-3 ----> label of a multiple choice (- multiple answers) question
Dependence value: first answer|second answer ----> values that must be selected to show the question
This would not work in Moodle, but could be implemented within the ReflectUP application.
