"24/7", "20/20": Should these be treated as coordinations? "/" = SYM/cc?

The last one, "1/264", looks like an address (if it's like UK address, "1" is the street number and "264" is the apartment number, and "/" is read as "stroke").

cc is maybe maybe plausible for 24/7 (24 hours a day AND 7 days a week), but I think that's more of a semantic reconstruction (i.e. I don't think anyone reads the "/" as "and"). 20/20 is not a coordination if you look up the meaning, which is pretty complex to paraphrase, so I would go with flat, and the same for the address IMO.
