Missing metadata in acknowledgements.md

acknowledgements.md needs the metadata lines in the header to enable the acknowledgements page to get compiled to HTML correctly (so that it e.g. it has links to other pages in the navbar). I think what's needed is to add the following to the top of acknowledgements.md:
