[BUG] Anaconda OOB is broken on KDE Pi

Summary

OOB is unusable on KDE on Raspberry Pi

Issue was also experienced by a reviewer

Due to the nature of this issue, it's very difficult for me to gather logs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Plasma Edition on Raspberry Pi
2. Attempt to create an account

Possible Solutions

Switching to the Foundation's kernel will probably solve this and most other graphical issues, but it's interesting that it only happens under Plasma and not the other editions
