What user story is this in relation to?
UStAEnts/uems-hub#36

What parts of the code will be effected?
This issue directly relates to the front-end part of implementing a solution to this user story.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is currently no way to view the status of the venue or log any problems.

Describe the solution you'd like
A layout that shows each venue alongside a log of current problems.

Allow selecting a venue and showing a log of problems reported which effect that venue
Allow showing a log of problems which affect all venues
Allow reporting an issue using a similar format to the existing form
