Integrate Knowtator for any web application

Can you please provide documentation or steps (which object should i need to create and what are the parameters that it requires for parsing the text or file)

Unfortunately, in it's current form, Knowtator can only be used as a plugin for the desktop edition of Protege at this time. Please see the https://github.com/UCDenver-ccp/Knowtator-2.0/tree/cljs branch if you would like to contribute to the standalone web app version, however I am not able to finish development of that version at this time.
