When highlighting a lot of the text like sentences or phrases and concepts the document of text becomes cluttered and hard to read and tease apart the annotations. If there was a way to tease those apart like the structure annotations we talked about that allow you to toggle (please send the jar file with toggling) that would be great. Another idea is having underlining be a new type and have that save in the xml file as a different type than a concept.
