Locales problems

Hi! I see there is a Belarusian translation in the repo: https://github.com/TypesettingTools/Aegisub/blob/master/po/be.po

But in the new release it's not included in the languages list. Could it possibly be fixed the next release?

Also, I see there is a locale with no name included:

I'm not sure, but I guess it can be Serbian Latin.

I fixed the Belarusian translation not actually being included.

The locale with no name does indeed seem to be Serbian Latin. This displaying with no name seems to be a mac (or wxMac)-specific issue, so this may be a bit more complicated to fix, I'll reopen the issue for now.
