Would you know if its possible to apply the features applied at https://davidlynch.org/projects/maphilight/docs/demo_simple.html and https://davidlynch.org/projects/maphilight/docs/demo_features.html ?

Particularly with the click / mouse events.

I am also wondering this. Seems like the way it was structured it can only act as a hover.

Found a solution using the main maphilight code. It's essentially how the creator intended.
