OneTouch auth works once, but nt second time #11

Steps to reproduce:

Set up and run auth-servlet demo app. Use ngrok to expose IP publicly.
Add endpoint to http://1c60f11d.ngrok.io/authy/callback to Push Notifications on Twilio Dashboard
Install Authy mobile app
After register on sample app, do Login. This should work
Logout and log back in again.

Login does not work and modal for one touch is stuck.
