Installation instruction for tensorrt #43

Can someone please guide to install tensortt in the conda enviroment?

OS: Centos 7
Pytorch : 1.6
CUDA : 10.1

Currently, I do not find any instructions to install tensorrt using conda. This may be helpful for others also who are facing same problem.
