Tribes 2 modding revolved around the use of a -mod command line parameter which mounted the specified mod folder (located in the GameData directory with the Tribes2.exe) to the virtual file system with a higher precedence than the base folder which is always mounted for base game content. As far as I know, there is no way to mount multiple mods at once, but the engine did support it with its setModPaths and rebuildModPaths functions.
As far as I know, there is no such thing as the -mod parameter for Torque3D.
