Describe the solution you'd like
When the world map is closed (either by the user or by the UI when opening a new dialogue) the map POI dots (players, stashes, etc.) are immediately hidden. This means the user has to restart the previous scan if they closed the map by mistake.
It could be interesting to introduce a timeout (that can be disabled) so that the map dots are removed only after a small period (1 minute?) when the map is closed, so if it was closed by mistake and gets re-opened immediately the dots are still here.
