Sort of related to #13, I'd like to see the paths to URLs more explicitly defined. Currently the upload script handles this feature for us, but I believe it should be something that is defined either in project.yml or directly in the wp-config.php file (similarly to how the site URL/home URL are defined per-stage now).

Upload paths are now in project.yml, but not implemented in wp-config.php yet.

No longer relevant; using Capistrano shared directories instead
