I have a rocket miner set-up as follows:

It is being deployed in a place where some areas have been mined out before, therefore as it is started and launches, it lands on bedrock as there is no block above to land on. It then changes its state into idle and does nothing. Nothing helps to launch it again. (Y axis position is +4)

I tried: connecting RS signal, dumping and reinserting mining pipes, cells and all other configuration items, placing and then removing some netherrack and soul sand into the miner. Also removing the miner and placing it anew resulted in landing and getting stuck in same place.
