While trying to run "getTwittergraph.py" file I get the error:
No such file or directory: '/BiGCN/Process/data/Twitter15graph/731166399389962242.npz'
How can I fix this?

os.makedirs("Process/data/Twitter15graph/",exist_ok=True)
