When transferring a patient, the "no bed available" and "change ... bed" texts should be hidden #7806

When I click "transfer" the patient, my intention is to change beds. There is a bug where the "change bed" button is visible though it should not be.

Additionally, the "No bed available" text should only be visible after selecting a ward and room.

jniles added the Patient Visits label
