Project Veil is a social media app that lets you share your thoughts and feelings anonymously with a community of like-minded individuals. Connect with other users based on shared interests and values.
If you're running this on Windows, use WSL to run the local instance of the server.
make server-> this will compile the server and start it in backgroundmake server_logs-> to see server logs once it has been startedmake clean-> to shutdown the server and remove its files
Use localhost:8082 to checkout mongodb collections via browser.
- Anonymously create and share posts or rate posts created by other users.
- Like/Reply to anonymous posts, or initiate 1-1 private & secure chat.
- Embed Images/Short-Videos in your posts.
- Ephemeral User Profiles: You remain on platform for as long as you want, or quickly start with a new user profile.
To get started with Project Veil, simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you've created your account, you can start posting and connecting with other users right away.
