Realign elements in About Us section #248

In the about us section, the text is all in one corner and then the developers are in another side with a large spacing in between which is making things look odd.
We can first keep the entire text horizontally and then later developers under them. Which I think will look perfect.
I am absolutely ready to do this under GSSOC 24, please assign.
Let's change this from this
