[ToLaserBlade] Skeletons should be able to use laser blade

The Lightsaber Mod "ToLaserBlade" adds a new melee weapon called the laser blade. Skeletons can't hold this weapon in either slot and therefore can't use it.

I'd like skeletons to be able to use this laser blade (and any of the upgraded forms).
