Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a mod developer, I would like to reduce the boilerplate code that goes into creating a formula based config option.

Describe the solution you'd like
A special builder type is added for formulas, which uses a custom formula builder GUI and takes variables, definitions of those variables, and maybe allows the user to plug in numbers to see what different formulas give them.
