[Feature Request]: Auto select torrent based on size inputs

Preflight checklist

• I have searched the issue tracker for a bug report that matches the one I want to file, without success.
• I have searched the features list for this feature, and I couldn't find it.
• I have checked that I'm using the latest stable version of the app.

Problem Description

When using auto select torrent feature, it goes for the best torrent, which is let's say 1.3 GB. There are other torrent options under 500 MB, which can only be picked in manual mode.

Proposed Solution

When using auto select torrent feature, have a setting to configure upper limit of torrent size. And pick best torrent from within the specified limit.
