一期内容

顶部导航重构
- 一期仅调整辅助功能菜单入口及画布工具栏；
- 编辑流程、执行方案、新建任务暂时维持不变
加强查看态和编辑态的区分流程区分查看态和编辑态 #7048
草稿功能
- 包括编辑流程全部内容新增草稿功能 #7057
节点面板
- 普通节点、子流程节点配置（网关配置暂时不做）
- 转化为变量节点输入型、输出型变量交互优化 #7039
变量面板的三种形态
- 暂时不做添加项目变量功能，项目变量全部展示，并通过排序和标识区分
任务详情
- 节点树和节点详情分离
- 全局变量、任务入参合并
- 任务和节点状态优化节点&任务状态优化 #6653
- 增加重试、跳过的展示任务画布和状态API 标识跳过与重试次数 #6750
