Web地址（job.web.url）配置多个地址时消息通知中的详情链接不正确

如何复现？(How to reproduce?)
Web地址（job.web.url）配置多个地址，执行一个失败的任务并触发失败通知，查看通知信息中的详情链接URL。

预期结果(What you expect?)
通知信息中的详情链接URL只取首个地址，内容正确。
