k8s部署报错：esb.appSecret找不到 #8172

用文字描述你遇到的问题

k8s部署报错：esb.appSecret找不到

重现方法
直接pull hem文件后，修改仓库地址启动，查看webserver日志发现上面错误

预期行为

预期的正常行为
期望能自动定位到appSecret的位置
bk-cmdb的具体版本号=3.12.3
