This happens when you install Better With Mods.

BetterWithMods-1.12-2.1.16.jar
Geolosys-1.12.2-1.9.1.jar
morebees-1.12.2-1.4.4.jar

If I remove Better With Mods the combination loads as expected. I note on your original gist that you also have BWM installed.

Could you try the latest build and see if the issue is still present?
