mcp-account-manager doesn't compile with latest telepathy-mission-control

Due to the glib update in debian I was forced to compile mission-control myself from
https://github.com/TelepathyIM/telepathy-mission-control.
Unfortunately the mcp-account-manager plugin of telepathy-ofono doesn't compile against it.
I'll try to figure out what's wrong myself later, but maybe someone here who is more experienced with Telepathy already knows.

Did that resolve itself? Did you need to patch anything?

We do not use telepathy-mission-control/master. It could become a 5.18.0 release, but it was not released and thus not tested.
IMO it doesn't make sense to use that branch unless we're going to do some big Telepathy development.

IOW: Use branch 5.16 and forget about the problem for now.

And hmm, if I'll have time today then I'll take a look — maybe it's easy to fix the compatibility. Just for a case.
