Description

Since iOS 18, there's a contacts privacy feature. When I limit access to contacts for Telegram, it will think that no contacts access was given.

Expected Behavior

Telegram should correctly identify the existing permission.

Actual Behavior

It asks for contacts as if no permission was given.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade to iOS 18
  2. Limit contacts access in privacy (iOS settings)
  3. See how Telegram sees no contacts

Environment

Device: iPhone 15 Pro

iOS version: 18.1.1

App version: 11.4.1
