isDarkMode variable

Goal

Create a boolean variable in Figma that returns if its dark mode or not in order to reuse this logic in some components.

Context

Currently there are in web some uses of this logic:

We have also the case of TU logo, which need to be white in dark mode.

Impact

Improve the variables logic and provide resources to other designer to build components using the isDarkMode logic
