When talking to Nomi, have to chat over and over again for the "receipes available" to populate. #2

If I log in and hit up Nomi, the recipes available slowly iterates each time I talk to the vendor.

Sometimes if I talk to Nomi, walk away for a few minutes, then come back -- they are all populated.

I'll try to make a screenshot later. Curse's bug reporting goes to a non-existent link, so, filing this here.
