uniformization of shortcuts with Spacemacs

I was wondering if in the scope of this project, one of the aims was to uniformize shortcuts with Spacemacs.
For a similar fonctionnality the shorcuts would be the same (or very close).

Eg for terminal in Spacevim ' -' whereas in Spacemacs it's ' -' is undefined...

This would help to clarify the rational of choices of defaults shortcuts made in Spacevim. And thus it's adoption.
