Lid 1 herstel in formulering Lid 2 verduidelijking over waar je 80km/h en waar je 130km/h mag. Nu staat er praktisch dat je op de snelweg 80km/h maar eveneens 130km/h mag rijden en staat er niets over binnen de bebouwde kom. Lid 3 wordt lid 4 met herstel in formulering Lid 5 is compleet onnodig Lid 6 herstel in formulering. Er stond dat je 5 kilometer (geen tijdseenheid) moest corrigeren. Juridisch gezien klopt dat natuurlijk niet.
Correctie in de maximumsnelheid, gezien het lastig is om te specificeren wat binnen en buiten de bebouwde kom is.
Ook hier nog een correctie in de verduidelijking welk soort wegen het betreft
