Magmators can not generate more than 10k FE/t

Version: (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.21.1
• Forge: Neoforge 21.1.37
• Powah: 6.1.0

Issue description:

Unforgivable bug. In fact this bug has existed from the initial version, and never been fixed. This makes it's almost meaningless to craft Nitro Magmators.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a Creative Fluid Tank (Mekanism), an Ultimate Fluid Pipe (Mekanism) pulling from it, and pushing into a Nitro Magmator.
2. Place an Ultimate Energy Cube (Mekanism) next to the Magmator, and check bottom left corner for energy generate rate.
