Industrial Centrifuge recipes bug (mb. Chemical Reactor too)

Describe the bug
Industrial centrifuge has a bug with cell's recipes. When you lay down a non-valid cell item or an empty cell, calcite dust comes out.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• for example, put an empty cell in Industrial centrifuge

Environment (please complete the following information with the version):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Mod Loader: Forge

The issue isn't present in fabric version 1.16, I've moved the issue to legacy. Forge is no longer officially supported, it is unlikely this will be fixed, however this issue will remain open in the slim case someone else picks it up.
