Please refrain from using issues as a means to request help, that's not what they're for.

If you found a genuine bug, please feel free to submit a bug report and be sure to include as much information as possible.

If you have a question on how to use the software you can join our discord, or post your question on our subreddit.

There are also a number of common issues not caused by anything with the software.

1. The genesis mini USB cable does not transfer data at all so it can't be used.

2. Cheap or damaged cables can't always provide enough power which results in the mini crashing during install.

3. Connection issues:
   3.1. The Windows firewall will block connections to the mini if hakchi.exe is not allowed
   3.2 Some VPN providers will block connections to the mini, especially ones with a feature that forces all network traffic through the VPN
   3.3 Windows will sometimes install the incorrect RNDIS driver for the mini, if this happens select it in device manager and manually select the Microsoft Remote NDIS driver.

4. If you run the program as administrator the permissions get messed up and the program fails when not run as administrator (don't do this!)

5. Please avoid Feature Requests that we are already aware of. We may or may not be actively working on them. This may, of course, change in future Updates! These include: Genesis/MegaDrive Mini Main UI Manipulation, UI Saves, Advanced Music Hack; Hakchi Support for Neo-Geo Mini and TurboGrafx-16 Mini

6. Try to refrain from posting RetroArch/Core Issues, as they are not generally related to Hakchi. If you do notice a bug or issue with RetroArch and/or Cores, Mod Hub Games, they are best reported at:
   KMFD Github.

Здравствуй, не запускаются игры NES, ошибка С7. Игры SNES запускаются.
