[BUG] Iron Jetpack's Basic Coils are Uncraftable

Describe the bug
When trying to craft Iron Jetpacks basic coils, it crafts Red Alloy Compound from RSWIRES instead.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to craft Basic Coil. (1 iron ingot surrounded on each side by 4 redstone dust)
2. See that it crafts to Red Alloy Compound instead.

Expected behavior
It should craft Basic coils, not Red Alloy Compound.

Additional context
Pretty sure this could be easily fixed by making the Red Alloy Compound recipe shaped instead of shapeless. This is also the first bug report I've ever submitted, please let me know if I did anything wrong.

Or re-install the modpack because the problem occurs when you upgrade tech mods to latest release.
