Help on getting back to normal inventory GUI with all items instead of pages or rolling

How do I come back to the original ''see all'' mode after choosing acidentaly one of the SHIFT+E options?
Here's what Im talking about

The mod thinks the game window is too small to display the full inventory, try resizing the GUI to a lower scale, or resizing the game window to a larger resolution.

This will bring the option for full display back when re-opening that options menu.

Acorryn is correct, I plan on changing this behaviour soon but I'm not sure if AOF 3 is receiving any updates or if the mod update would be in time for it...

Yes, we will continue to do mod updates for AoF3 at the very least until 1.18. We are working on the next one now, but not sure how fast we will be pushing trying to push it out. If the idea is to stop after 1.18 then I think a final update would be best, so we could always wait for your update Ninja
