Error bars for measured quantities

Dear All,
I want to perform analytic continution for imaginary time Green's function calculated from hyb-CTQMC, by using maximum entropy. Therefore I need to know error bars of Green's function to do analytic continution. I would appreciate if you let me know if there is an standard way to have a estimate for error bars and/or a way to make bins out of QMC data in TRIQS.

We have the necessary tools in the 1-2dev branch (autocorrelation, binning, jackknife),
however we need to i) document it with an example, ii) add it as a option to the cthyb solver,
This is easy, but someone has to find the time to do it...
