Hello, I tries some improvements related to dev environment.

Remove type field in package.json fix Published module entry point does not exist #1
- tsup deals with it by default https://tsup.egoist.dev/#bundle-formats
- New built files are index.d.mts index.d.ts index.js index.mjs that are aligned to main and module properties in package.json
Make jest available in some environments
- Not sure but I got below error when I ran jest
- It now works well with this change

ReferenceError: module is not defined in ES module scope
This file is being treated as an ES module because it has a '.js' file extension and '/home/tomoya/ghq/github.com/miyanokomiya/fractional-indexing-jittered/package.json' contains "type": "module". To treat it as a CommonJS script, rename it to use the '.cjs' file extension.
