This package has a route structure under /waivers as the fixed segment and then uses a dynamic slug for each Location (TIPOFF/locations#42) where it displays the waiver form. It is different than the Location-Based Routes (TIPOFF/locations#85) as it is not nested under the Market & Location.

Here are the routes:

  • /waivers
  • /waivers/{locations:slug}
  • /waivers/{locations:slug}/confirmation
