Issue

The following questions on the second page of obstetric history can be removed because they can already be discerned (to the extent needed clinically) by questions on the first page:

  • Successive Abortions?
  • Successive Premature Deliveries:
  • Stillborn in previous delivery

Tasks

  • Remove the questions
  • deprecate the data on the backend
