@mrjbq7 Learn something new today... we can transfer issues between repos within the same organization with just a few clicks!

Also, found that the public can comment only on issues... not on drafts in the New TA Functions Board, so not as helpful as I was hoping for.

So... we now have a new ta-lib-proposal-drafts repos to open/transfer all these issues... and anyone can keep the conversation going. Once agreed to be implemented, we will transfer the issue to TA-Lib Core.
