According to zalgo, each player can defeat 4 players of the previous tier. For example, an MV player can kill 4 LV players. This will have to be balanced accordingly.
There are 3 types of weapons: normal weapons, weapons of mass destruction, and chemical weapons.
Normal weapons will be balanced by damage per second (DPS)
WMDs will be balanced by calculating the blast radius and the weapon's effect on the environment
Chemical weapons will be balanced by seeing what chemical gates them in GT
