What Sunbird RC is and What it's not?

Hi Everyone,

As you all know, we’re currently in the process of improving the documentation for Sunbird RC. As part of this effort, we’re adding a new section to the microsite to discuss what Sunbird RC can do and where it cannot be considered .

We’d like to get your input on this and hear your thoughts on the best way to structure this new section.
