User 401980109772554240 reported that they have studied for 8 hours, but the "Role promotion in:" time only dropped by two hours during the time.

There is many of a few reports of this similar incident happening. I'm also moderating the server with mike, this user says they were studying for five hours from the time of showing between 3 AM - 10 AM. But the hours wasn't being counted.

I have tried for a long time but can't replicate this...
Could you kindly try to make it happen? We need to figure out the exact conditions for this issue, like switching from a particular channel to another or something.
