After some investigation, it seems most likely that there was a one-time data corruption somewhere.
No idea really, but I did a max operation on v2 with v1 on all users just then. Well, v1 only gives him 171h for monthly for now. I am all good if you all wanna "-change"

Alrighty thank you I'll ask the user what they think their correct data is and see from there. To confirm; if I do -change I gotta do both for alltime and monthly right?

Yes! Just check "~help change" and follow the example here
For discord links, you could send it somewhere in discord and click it to get to where it is

Seems you matched their hours with V1 now I can't tell how long they studied after they lost hours :') They have many join/leaves so I can't do the math really. Do you have the data of the hours they did after they lost hours until now? So that I can add it up to the hour they had before data loss and change it.

Also if you can at least ask us before changing a user's data it'd be really appreciated. They DM us and we have to deal with it when they do. It makes it difficult for us when we don't know what happened.

I took the max pretty much right after I checked for these logs.

Yeah definitely!
